Placing an order is quick and easy! Reach out to our support team anytime if you do experience any difficulties or have any questions.
Place an order from the dashboard
To place an order, simply click "Start an Order".
You'll be prompted to create a new patient or select an existing patient
If it is a new patient, all you'll need on hand is the Patient First Name, Patient Last name, and Patient Email
On the order page, you can select the desired test(s) and add on any additional details you'd like to.
Example details include: Notes to Rupa, Notes to Patients, and Custom Fees
When ready, just hit "Send to Patient".
Place an order from test details
If find yourself in the details of a test, feel free to start an order directly from the details pane! The experience and workflow is exactly the same 🙂
