My practice is outside the US. Can I order lab tests for my patients?

If your practice is in one of the supported countries, you can set up an account on Rupa. Through Physician Services, we can support your clients based in the United States. Rupa is unfortunately not able to ship lab tests internationally.

Limitations and Restrictions:

  1. Test Ordering: Tests must be placed through Physician Services

  2. International Shipping: Tests can only be delivered to patients within the United States.

  3. Doctor's Data and Genova Diagnostics: International clinics are not permitted to participate in the test ordering process through Doctor's Data or Genova Diagnostics.

  4. State-Specific Regulations: See details here for New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Rhode Island (RI) restrictions!

  5. Exclusion of Custom Fees: Custom fees cannot be applied for international clinics.
