Rupa now offers a Switch to Quest option when you build a cart with Access Labcorp Draw tests that have Quest equivalents. This feature helps you easily swap eligible tests to Quest for broader phlebotomy access and lower pricing—without rebuilding your panels. Switching your panels to Quest
If you add Access Labcorp tests, panels, or bundles to your cart, you may see a prompt offering the option to switch to Quest. This appears when equivalent tests are also available through Quest Diagnostics.
When you see the prompt, simply select Switch to Quest, and any compatible tests in your cart will automatically switch with just one click—no need to rebuild your cart from scratch.
What happens with previous Access Labcorp Draw panels
Your existing Access Labcorp panels won't be automatically switched to Quest. They’ll remain available in your dashboard and Favorites section.
From now on, when you add your Access Labcorp tests or panels to your cart, you'll see the option to Switch to Quest if equivalent tests are available.
Favorites and shared panels
If you choose to Switch to Quest, any Access Labcorp tests or panels you previously marked as favorites will automatically update to their Quest equivalents. There’s no need to manually re-favorite or rebuild your saved tests.
The same applies to any shared panels or bundles that include Access Labcorp tests. Once you make the switch, the equivalent Quest versions will automatically be shared across your account, so your team will have access to the updated versions right away.
Scheduled orders
You can easily switch your Access Labcorp scheduled orders to Quest without having to rebuild the orders.
Open the Compare and Swap Tool to view any scheduled orders you have using Access Labcorp. From there, click Use Quest next to the order you’d like to update. The scheduled order will automatically switch to use Quest as the draw partner.
LabShops
You can now add Quest testing to your LabShop! The easiest way to switch any Access Labcorp tests in your LabShop is through the banner on your Orders dashboard.
Click the View Compare and Swap Tool to see all the panels or tests from Access Labcorp currently in your LabShop. From there, you can review their Quest equivalents and switch them over with one click.
Once you make the switch, your LabShop will automatically update — replacing all Access Labcorp tests and panels with the Quest versions. There’s nothing else you need to do.
