Custom fees become eligible to be paid out to you once results are uploaded for at least one test on your patient’s order.
Once you have a custom fee set up for your clinic, you can view and manage payouts from your settings. Click “manage payouts” and it will take you to your Stripe Express dashboard. Here, you can manage and track your payouts.
On the left hand side, select “balance.” You’ll see a few different line items, here is what they mean:
Available to pay out to your bank: this is the total sum of custom fees that your patients have paid that are not yet eligible to pay out yet. These will become eligible once at least one test on the order has been resulted.
On the way to your bank: these are funds that are in transit to your account! Typically, you’ll see funds in this status on Fridays when payouts are made. It can take a few business days for the funds to hit your account.
Available to pay out soon: these are funds that are eligible to be paid out and will be released on the following Friday, in accordance with our payout schedule.

While your Stripe account is free to set up, please note that there is a 5% fee taken out of each payout. Therefore, 95% of your custom fees will be paid out to you on the Friday after at least one test on the order has resulted.
