When you create your LabShop, you’ll be able to add in your own line item called a Custom Fee when you click "Edit Fee and Note" under each test or bundle in your LabShop. You’ll then be able to name the fee and set the amount you want to charge for each test in addition to the testing cost. Rupa then bills the client directly for the testing plus the custom fee when they checkout.
Custom Fees are paid out to you via Stripe on the first Friday after your client's results have come in, and can be managed directly in the “Payouts” tab in your Rupa portal.
