We maintain contact with labs throughout the process. If there are Specimen Issues with your patient’s sample, the lab will contact us. We resolve these between you, the lab, and the patient. If a recollection kit is needed, our team will send your patient a new kit, free of charge.
You'll always be notified when a Specimen Issue occurs, and we've made these visible in your dashboard also!
A Specimen Issue banner will alert you that one or more orders require action.
In the order details, click "See What Happened" to read more about the Specimen Issue
Clicking "Resolve" will provide you with available options specifically for the affected order.
