If your Rupa account has multiple practitioners, you’ll be prompted to choose an Account Owner as part of your move to Fullscript.
This step helps ensure one person is responsible for scheduling the move and managing key account settings after your clinic starts using Fullscript.
What Account Owner means on Fullscript
Your clinic’s Account Owner is the practitioner responsible for the move to Fullscript. This point person will:
Receives the email to schedule your clinic’s move
Schedules the move for the whole clinic
Manages Fullscript account after the move
Note: Each Fullscript practice must have one Account Owner assigned. At this time, only providers can be designated Account Owners.
How to select your Account Owner
In Rupa, click Set Account Owner in the Prep for your clinic’s move to Fullscript banner.
In the pop-up, select the practitioner who should be the Account Owner.
Click Set Account Owner to confirm.
What happens after you set an Account Owner
After you set an Account Owner, you’ll see a banner in Rupa confirming your clinic’s move is coming up. When your scheduling window opens, the Account Owner will be prompted to schedule the move.
