Fullscript and Rupa are coming together to support whole-person care in one platform. As part of this transition, labs workflows previously managed in Rupa will move to Fullscript.
Your move will be personalized to your practice. Providers are invited to move in phases, and only once the labs, features, and workflows they rely on are fully supported in Fullscript. You’ll receive advance notice—typically about a month—to prepare before your move.
If you haven’t been invited yet, no action is needed—we’ll notify you when it’s your turn to move.

What to expect when you move
When it’s time for your move, your experience is designed to be seamless—so you can continue your workflows without disruption.
On Fullscript, you can:
Order labs and supplements in one platform to streamline patient care.
Access flexible billing options and phlebotomy services, including walk-in and mobile blood draws.
Receive real-time updates for shipping status and lab results.
Use clinical decision support tools, including auto-generated summaries and trend visualizations for blood labs.
Connect EHR integrations that support lab ordering workflows.
Coordinate both in-office and at-home testing from the same platform.
Your existing Rupa data will transfer with you, so you can pick up right where you left off. This includes order history, patient lists, favorites, custom panels and bundles, preferred phlebotomists, results notification preferences, and saved text snippets.

After your move, you’ll place lab orders through Fullscript. The ordering workflow allows you to build plans, select labs, and manage patient recommendations from a single platform.

Ordering access and physician services
Labs ordered under your own license will continue to follow each lab’s licensing requirements. For specialty labs, your ordering access will remain the same as what you have today on Rupa.
If you currently use physician services at Rupa, you’ll also be able to opt in to use a signing clinician through the authorization network when you move to Fullscript.
