Once your client chooses their testing from your LabShop, Rupa handles the rest! In check-out, clients fill out their demographic info and pay Rupa directly for testing plus your custom fee. After payment, kits drop-ship from our partner labs. We send your client a personalized instructions email on how to complete their tests, including local phlebotomy options if the test requires a blood draw. Along the way, our support team will check-in to make sure your client completes testing, and they can always reach us directly with questions at support@rupahealth.com.
