Right now, Rupa is cash-pay only for all lab tests except the GI-MAP and GI-MAP + Zonulin from Diagnostic Solutions; which you can order through Medicare if the ordering physician is PECOS certified for Part A and B Medicare Claims.

Note that the patient must also have traditional Medicare as their primary insurance, and have part A or B coverage. Other forms of Medicare, such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Replacement, or Medicaid will not be accepted. If these requirements are not met, patients will be liable for the cost of the test and will be invoiced.

Friendly reminder: only these practitioners can place orders through Medicare: MD, DO, NP, PA. You won't see the Medicare option in the drop-down if you have a different credential.
