Any health and wellness practitioner can apply to Rupa Physician Services! We’ll ask for your NPI number, State License if you have it, and for proof of all your educational background and credentials. Your application will be reviewed by our Review teams and you’ll receive a response on a rolling basis.

To be approved, you must be a currently certified healthcare practitioner. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if you have any questions about your specific application, we encourage you to reach out to our team!
